Financial Aid Basics - Grants
Grants are a type of aid, which does not need to
be repaid, from federal, state, or college sources. They are awarded
to students based on financial or academic need. Grants are the foundation
of our aid programs ensuring that an economically diverse student
population has the opportunity to meet the educational costs at Aims
Community College.
