STAR (STudent Achievement & Retention)
Early Alert (AIR)
The Academic Improvement Report (AIR) is an early alert reporting procedure. The AIR report is initiated by faculty through a link in myAims.
If you are not making satisfactory progress in a class, faculty can use the AIR report to refer you to a Retention Advisor. A Retention Advisor will contact you to discuss your situation and together you will decide on a plan of action, which may include various resources on and off campus depending on your need. Our goal is to help you get back on track.
