Aims Community College Veterans Club

On September 19th, 2013,
the Aims Community College Veterans Club was approved as a
chapter of the SVA
(Student Veterans Of America).

This club is ready to assist you and other veterans of our Armed Forces to make a smooth transition from life of service to education.  This club is active in campus events, fundraising and community service. 

Membership is open to any veteran, active duty, National Guard or reservist, dependents and allies.

What's Happening?

The Veteran's and SALUTE Clubs on Campus will be having a table in Ed Beaty Hall Student Lounge, on Wednesday, November 19th from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. to collect any of your old (Working or Broken) cell phones, chargers, ipods, etc to donate to Soldiers for Cell phones. We will also be selling "made to order" and a wide variety of premade PARACORD Lanyards ($6), Bracelets ($5), and Key Chains ($4) all profits will be used for the installation of a centralized flag pole on campus.

The Aims Student Veterans Club is raising money to install a flag pole on the Greeley campus through the sale of paracord bracelets, key chains and lanyards.

Proceeds to benefit Flag Pole for Aims Greeley Campus and various charities to include: Susan G. Komen Foundation, Fire Fighters, Police and Armed Forces with the combination of certain colors.
