This club supports students who are interested in leadership opportunities and planning and coordinating social, educational, and community events.

The Helping Hands Club was formed in January 2008 by Student Support Services students to give back and lend a helping hand. Helping Hands prides itself on helping others. If you think you may be interested in being a part of this experience, come join us in lending a helping hand of your own. Club activities include purchasing presents for A Kid’s Place Christmas party, painting at the Greeley Transitional House, a Poudre River Trail Clean-up project, and supply drive for the Guadalupe Center.

If you have ideas for projects, we are always exploring new ways to benefit our community!

Benefits:

  • Opportunity to be involved in a campus club (this can look great on a resume or application)
  • Work for a great cause and get to know your community
  • Leadership opportunities
  • Meet new friends

How to join:

  • Stop by the TRiO & CORE office, College Center 220
  • Call Frances Hernandez at (970) 339-6372
