To apply for the program:
- Complete an application (word
doc) and preliminary
assessment form (pdf).
Students submitting both forms will schedule an interview with
a  Student Support Services Program staff member. During the interview,
the Student Support Services Program staff member will explain
various services available for students.
- Student will then be notified if accepted into program.
