Tutoring Contract:

To optimize the students’ and tutor’s time during individual tutoring students must agree to the following rules. Students will be required to sign a copy of the following rules before receiving tutoring:

1. Meet and be on time for all scheduled appointments
   
   
2. Bring the necessary materials to sessions
   
   
3. Come prepared to sessions with textbooks and questions
   
   
4. Attend class and complete course assignments
   
   
5. I understand that one No call/No show absence will terminate scheduled tutoring.
   
6. If I have not heard from a tutor or Tutoring Services within 48 hours I must contact them to see if I have been scheduled for tutoring. If I do not get back to Tutoring Services or return the tutor’s messages I will be dropped from tutoring and will have to reapply.
