Tutoring Contract:
Students utilizing one-on-one tutoring must agree to the following
rules. Students will be required to sign a copy of the following
rules before receiving tutoring:
- Meet and be on time for all scheduled appointments
- Bring the necessary materials to sessions
- Come prepared to sessions with textbooks and questions
- Attend class and complete course assignments
- I understand that two absences FOR ANY REASON will terminate
scheduled tutoring.
To receive further tutoring assistance, I must have an advisor,
a declared major, proper assessment and/or prerequisites.
- I must contact Tutoring Services within 48 hours to see if
I have been scheduled for tutoring. If I do not get back to Tutoring
Services and a tutor has been scheduled, as a result missing
two scheduled appointments (considered absences); I will be dropped
from tutoring and will have to reapply.
