Christine began teaching at Aims in August 2007. She earned a B.A. in Chemistry and Biochemistry from LaSalle University and an M.A. in Chemistry with an emphasis in Education from the University of Northern Colorado. She also completed advanced graduate study in chemistry from Colorado State University.
Christine teaches "Introduction to Chemistry" "Chemistry in Context," "General College Chemistry" and "Organic Chemistry."
Carolyn earned a M.S. in Chemistry with an emphasis in Research from the University of Northern Colorado in 2015. She earned a B.S. in Dietetics in 2011 also from the University of Northern Colorado.
Carolyn began teaching at Aims part-time in January 2016 and full-time in August of 2019. She teaches Introduction to Chemistry I and II, General College Chemistry I and II, and Organic Chemistry I and II.
While she is particularly passionate about biochemistry, she also thoroughly enjoys organic and analytical chemistry. In her free time she enjoys birdwatching and snowboarding.
