  • Peace Officer Academy Certificate (1 semester)

    Certificate
    The Aims Peace Officer Academy Certificate program gives you the expert training to become a police officer at one of the lowest tuition rates in Colorado. The academy will also prepare you to take the Colorado Peace Officer Standards and Training (POST) exam, which is required in order to work as a police officer.

  • Phlebotomy Certificate

    Certificate
    Gain the skills to become a phlebotomist at a hospital, clinic, lab or medical practice. Study and practice venipuncture, capillary puncture and special collection procedures, and learn quality control, infection prevention and laboratory computer systems.

  • Pipe Welding Certificate

    Certificate
    Learn basic and advanced pipe welding techniques. Gain skills in evaluating and solving complex welding and fabrication problems.

  • Plastics Repair Technician Certificate

    Certificate
    Learn the fundamentals of plastics analysis related to automotive damage repair. Learn inspection and repair of plastic body components and other plastic items found in today’s vehicles.

  • Practical Nursing Certificate

    Certificate
    This optional 4-credit certificate course allows you to transition out of the nursing associate degree program by earning a practical nursing certificate. Study the scope of practice for a practical nurse, including communication, ethical and legal issues, and leadership skills while gaining experience in a clinical setting.

    Upon passing this certificate course, you’ll be eligible to take the NCLEX-PN exam to become a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). Students need to be enrolled in or have completed a nursing program to register for this certificate.

  • Precision Agriculture Certificate

    Learn a broad spectrum of plant and soil fundamentals with this certificate. Gain skills in horticulture, crop production, soil science, and farm and ranch management, with an introduction to the computer skills managers and scientists need.

  • Project Estimating Certificate

    Certificate
    Gain skills in blueprint reading and cost analysis related to construction management. Learn how to interpret blueprints and other building trades and architecture documents and study estimating techniques used to verify the cost and time requirements for building construction projects.

  • Radio Production Level I Certificate

    Certificate
    Develop fundamental skills in programming and broadcasting and get practical insights for starting a radio career. Learn the basics of radio programming, announcing for radio and TV, and delve into different radio formats including news and sports and learn how to find a radio job.
