  • The Aims medical preparation certificate program is a great way for high school students to explore different aspects of healthcare, including emergency response, medical terminology and nurse aide skills. Gain real-world experience through volunteering and on-the-job training.
  • Study basic safety practices and techniques for welders in this welding certificate program. Learn cutting and gouging operations using a variety of arc cutting practices.
  • Apply basic cutting and welding techniques to build a finished product. Learn to read blueprints, design and layout projects and choose a final project to create in a capstone course.
  • Develop the ability to install, lay out and maintain network components. Learn to identify problems on both the business and technical side of a business and prepare for A+ certification.
  • This auto body certificate program teaches you the core skills needed to become a non-structural repair technician or work in related fields of analysis and damage repair of automotive body components. Learn outer body panel repairs, replacement, adjustments, metal finishing and body filling, movable glass and hardware work, and automotive metal welding and cutting.
  • This 5-to-6-week program gives you the knowledge and hands-on lab and clinical skills to prepare for a state exam and become a certified nurse aide. Learn basic care techniques including helping with personal hygiene and grooming, eating and drinking, taking vital signs and using assistive medical equipment.   • Learn a wide range of fundamentals and applications used in the oil and gas production technologies field. Emphases include surveying, geographic information systems, construction equipment, oil and gas production, process technology and more.
  • If you are an EMT or AEMT, the paramedic certificate program prepares you to become a paramedic who provides advanced emergency medical care to EMS patients. Study paramedic fundamentals and special considerations, advanced pharmacology and cardiology, and medical and trauma emergencies.
  • Take the first step toward Police Officer Certification and earn a POST board accredited police academy certificate at Aims, which is required to become a certified police officer in Colorado. In two semesters, learn basic law enforcement techniques, including arrest and control, driving, and conducting investigations. This certificate can be earned in 1 or 2 semesters. The 1 semester Peace Officer Academy Certificate is not Financial Aid eligible.
