Must be a currently graduating senior or have graduated within the past three academic years from a Greeley-Evans public/charter high school and be entering college for the first time since graduating high school. Must submit an unofficial high school transcript showing first semester senior year grades if still in high school at the time of applying for scholarship or submit an official final high school transcript if already graduated at the time of applying for scholarship. Must complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) if student meets the citizenship requirements.

For currently graduating seniors to be awarded scholarship funds the eligibility requirement would be as followsL must submit an official final high school transcript showing a cumulative GPA and graduation date to the Financial Aid office.

To be awarded scholarship funds for the second year, the eligibility requirement would be as follows: must participate as a peer-to-peer advocate for the Aims Promise Scholarship program.
