Many instructors enter grades a day or two after their class ends. All grades are in the system within a week after the end of the semester.

The Graduation Department checks each student's graduation eligibility at the end of the semester. Degrees and/or certificates for eligible students will be posted by the release dates listed on the Graduation page.

In order to receive an unofficial transcript in Workday, you must be an active student.

You will go to the 'Academics' app and then under 'Academic Records' on the right hand side, you will select 'Generate Unofficial Transcript.'

If you have forgotten your username and password, the IT Help Desk is available to assist during regular business hours at (970) 339-6380.

The fastest way to get your transcript is by ordering an Electronic transcript. It will generally reach you/your destination within 24 hours. We do offer expedited shipping; students are responsible for paying the cost when placing the official transcript order.

Please note:
FedEx orders must be placed by 12:00 pm (MST) to go out that day.
FedEx does not ship on Saturdays and Sundays.

No. The Family Education Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) requires that a signature must be obtained in order to release a student’s transcript. Requesting your transcript through your secure myAims account qualifies as a valid electronic signature.

Students must order their own transcripts, but through Parchment can choose to allow another person to pick up the transcript on their behalf. The name of the individual entered in Parchment should match the name on their ID. Their ID will be checked at the time of pick up and documents will only be given if it is an exact match.

Grades are available on the transcript the day after an instructor posts them. You will need to speak with your instructors to determine if it is appropriate for you to receive an early grade and ask them to post your grade at least one day before your transcript needs to be sent or picked up. If you have not finished your course or made arrangements to finish early, you may not be eligible for an early grade.
