Part-Time: FCA Physical Conditioning & Personal Training Associate

Regina is a two-time women’s soccer NCAA National Champion, top elite Spartan Race athlete, avid mountaineer of Colorado’s 14er’s and trail running ultra-marathon athlete who enjoys all things nature and adventure. She has trained high achieving soccer athletes, triathletes, wrestlers, runners and other sport athletes. She is dedicated to evidence-based practice and hopes to instill confidence, motivation and rationale to the athletes she coaches. Reg specializes in running, high intensity interval training, metabolic conditioning and functionally based weight training, with integration of Olympic lifting movements.
