Physical Education and Recreation Center (PERC)

Recreation and Activity Classes

All Aims students and employees have complete access to the PERC during recreation hours and can work with a personal trainer for free. 

The following areas in the facility are open for use during these hours:

  • Strength center
  • Cross training center
  • Cardio theater
  • Gymnasium
  • Indoor track
  • Racquetball courts
  • Ping pong / lounge

The following activity classes are available to students and employees:

Students

Simply show up with your student ID and start working out today! Students are also encouraged to take activity classes where they can learn and enjoy new ways to live healthier.

Employees

Employees looking to use the PERC during Informal Recreation Hours need to register for the non credit class "Fitness Center Activity" (CRN 90008, CRN 90009.) All employees are welcome to use the PERC during recreation hours and may also sign up for physical education classes or utilize personal training services if they would like to add more structure to their workout.

Community Members

The PERC is only available to Aims students, faculty and staff. Community members can easily sign up for a Physical Education class and then will have full access to the PERC while they are a student. There are no minimum credits and the PERC offers a wide variety of classes.

Work with a Personal Trainer

While at the PERC, students and employees can work with one of our certified personal trainers, free of charge. Visit or call the PERC to book a training session with any of the trainers listed below to learn about how to use the equipment, get help staying motivated or have a program designed to help you meet specific fitness goals.
