OSHA 30 General Industry

This course covers OSHA Standards, policies, and procedures in general industry. †Topics include scope and application of the OSHA General Industry Standards, general industry principles and special emphasis on those areas in general industry which are most hazardous. †Upon course completion students will have the ability to define general industry terms found in the OSHA General Industry Standards, identify hazards which occur in general industry, locate and determine appropriate OSHA General Industry Standards, policies, and procedures, and describe the use of OSHA General Industry Standards and regulations to supplement an ongoing safety and health program. This is a 4-day program

OSHA 10 General Industry

This 10-Hour course will introduce students to OSHA policies, procedures, standards and general industry safety and health principles. Topics for this course will include OSH Act and General Duty, Walking and Working Surfaces, Electrical Hazards, Hazardous Materials, Personal Protective Equipment, Machine Guarding and Hazard Communication. Upon successful completion of this course participants will receive an OSHA General Industry Safety and Health 10-Hour card. This is a 1.5 day class.

OSHA 30 Construction

This course covers OSHA Standards, policies, and procedures in the construction industry. †Topics include scope and application of the OSHA Construction Standards, construction safety and health principles, and special emphasis on those areas in construction which are most hazardous. †Upon course completion students will have the ability to define construction terms found in the OSHA Construction Standards, identify hazards which occur in the construction industry, locate and determine appropriate OSHA Construction Standards, policies, and procedures, and describe the use of the OSHA Construction Standards and regulations to supplement an ongoing safety and health program. This is a 4-day program.

OSHA 10 Construction

This 10-Hour Construction Safety Course is intended for entry-level participants and is intended to provide instruction on a variety of general construction safety and health standards. Course topics will include Introduction to OSHA, Electrical Safety, Fall Protection, Ladder Safety, Excavation Safety, Scaffold Safety, Materials Handling, Forklift Safety, Personal Protective Equipment and Permit-Required Confined Space Entry. Upon successful completion of this course participants will receive an OSHA Construction Safety and Health 10-Hour Card.† This is a 1.5 day class.

Medic/CPR/First Aid

Medic First Aid BasicPlus is a combined adult first aid, AED and CPR certification course designed specifically for the occupational first aid provider. This extremely flexible program will help you meet OSHA and other federal and state regulatory requirements for training employees how to respond and care for medical emergencies at work. BasicPlus conforms to the 2015 AHA Guidelines Update for CPR and ECC, and the 2015 AHA and ARC Guidelines. *Note - This class will not fulfill the CPR requirements for Aims medical classes

Safeland PEC Oil & Gas Safety

PEC Basic Orientation is a one-day safety orientation that is accredited by both SafeLandUSA and SafeGulf. This course meets API RP 75 and API RP T-1 requirements. PEC Basic Orientation provides general safety information that workers need to know before entering a company facility and while performing their assigned work duties. You will learn about hazards you may encounter in the workplace and become familiar with various practices to mitigate those hazards. You will also gain understanding of your rights under OSHA and how those rights apply to their workplace.

H2S Awareness

This course provides you with essential awareness level knowledge and skills needed to work safe in and around an H2S environment. This (H2S) instruction program follows the ANSI Z390.1-1995 Hydrogen Sulfide Training Standard, as well as the current American Petroleum Institute Recommended Practices as the primary training criteria. It incorporates federal and state (H2S) regulatory standards and the established industry standards. A certificate of completion upon your successful completion of the course and a passing score on the final examination.
