Enrollment Verification

The National Student Clearinghouse, a representative of Aims Community College, provides enrollment status and degree information to individuals and organizations such as student loan servicing agents and guarantors (Direct Loans, Nelnet, SallieMae, and CSLP), insurance companies or prospective employers.

Enrollment verifications can be obtained using two different methods:

  1. By using the National Student Clearinghouse's Student Self Service option
  2. By filling out the Verification of Enrollment form and delivering it to the Admissions, Registration and Records office in person, by mail or by fax. Please include any forms that need to be completed by Aims.  Make sure to complete the student portion of the form and sign it, if necessary.

To request a verification of enrollment in person:

Please visit the Admissions Office at the Greeley, Loveland, Fort Lupton, or Windsor campuses. Be sure to bring your government-issued photo ID (e.g. Driver's License, Military ID Card, etc).

To request a verification of enrollment by mail:

Fill out the Verification of Enrollment form and mail to:

Aims Community College
Attn: Admissions, Registration & Records
PO Box 69
Greeley, CO 80632

Be sure to include any documents that need to be completed by Aims.

To request a verification of enrollment by fax:

Due to the occasional unreliability of fax technology, the faxing option is not recommended. However, if you have a reliable fax machine or service and this is the only way you can order, you may fax the Verification of Enrollment form with your signature to (970) 475-2356.

The Registrar's Office provides verification of student information in the following formats:

Only directory information is released unless a signed release form (by the student) is provided at the time of request.
