Career services has been an excellent teaching tool that my students may not have otherwise known about. The PathwayU presentation helped my students identify their values and strengths, which is useful on a number of levels. They were excited about the career opportunities PathwayU directed them toward, and it helped them think about the many career paths available to them. As an instructor, I appreciated the chance to work with students and discuss their goals outside of Aims. This workshop helped motivate students by reminding them of their purpose in taking classes at Aims, and it helped them focus on the skills they need to develop to be successful. In addition, the workshop helped our classroom community, as students discovered values and talents they shared with others, as well as key differences. The presentation was organized and paced well, giving students the chance to discuss as well as reflect." -Leslie Morrison, English Instructor
