"I am passionate about helping people feel better. Exercise has so many benefits physically,
mentally and emotionally and if injuries are limiting an individual from doing what
he or she loves, than that person is not going to feel as good as they should. My
job is to help those who may struggle with any type of joint pain, those who feel
they are not doing something right in their workouts that may cause pain or the potential
for injury, or people who just want to workout to live a healthy life. My goal is
to get people exercising to help decrease pain and increase their ability to do whatever
they want without pain getting in the way."
