Student Success Coach, Aims2UNC

Professional Background

Saeda has a diverse background working in higher education. She has experience in Financial Aid and Records at Laramie County Community College, Admissions at CU Anschutz Doctor of Physical Therapy Program, and Student Success and Support at the UNC Monfort College of Business. Over her time in these positions, she has focused on implementing Diversity, Equity and Inclusion programs and was selected as one of the first DEI Fellows at the University of Northern Colorado.

Saeda currently works with the Aims2UNC program to support students holistically through academic advising, student engagement, academic probation intervention, and more. You will find Saeda enjoying her time supporting student success and watering her jungle of plants in the Aims Transitions Center. She is also working to complete her M.A. in Higher Education Administration & Leadership at Adam’s State University and is expecting to graduate in the Summer of 2024.

 

Personal Interests

Saeda is a plant enthusiast and loves to talk about all the plants you can find around the Transitions Center. She is an avid crafter and spends much of her free time crocheting, quilting, and drawing, as well as collecting various books.
