The Aims Admission Application

We’re so glad you’ve decided to apply to Aims. Here are a few things you should know about our application:

  • It’s free!
  • There is no application deadline but apply as early as you can so we have time to let you know your next steps.
  • You’ll create a login and password in case you need to finish your application later.
  • Plan to select a “program of study” if you want to earn a certificate or degree, which is required for financial aid eligibility (don’t worry, you can change this later).

Tuition Classification

Be sure to answer the citizenship and tuition classification questions completely so you receive the lowest tuition rate possible. If you skip any questions we may have to charge you the higher, Out-of-State tuition rate.

Age Requirements

If you are under the age of 23 and unmarried, you will need to provide information from your parent(s) or legal guardian.

If you are under the age of 18, your parents will need to sign the application or the parental consent form.

International and High School Students

Some additional steps are required for International students and High School students who are participating in Concurrent Enrollment or Career Academy programs. Click the links for more info.

Special Program Requirements

Some programs, including aviationemergency medical servicesfire science, nursing/medical/health fieldspolice academy, and welding,  have additional requirements and restrictions. Check out the Academics or Catalog links above for details.

If you need more help, come by any of the Aims campuses to fill out an application in person.
