This class is held at a campus location (a designated building and room at a specific time) and is highly structured, as all class time is spent with an instructor on a fixed schedule.

The student attends class in a live classroom some days and virtually some days. The meeting times and locations are already determined and scheduled.

This class is held completely online through D2L, with class work being completed individually without a real-time meeting.

This course involves opportunities to apply knowledge gained in the classroom with supervised practice in the field. Students are expected to attend at the times agreed upon with the instructor.

This class is held at a campus location on a specific day and time, with the remainder of the classwork being completed online individually without a real-time meeting. This provides structure and flexibility as part of the class is with the instructor and some of the class is independent learning.

The student chooses to attend each class session in either a live classroom or virtually. Meeting times and locations are structured, but the student chooses which modality to use to attend each session.

During the scheduled course dates, students will master specific competencies, working either on their own, with a mentor or with an instructor. There are no meeting times except as arranged between the student and the instructor. Once the competencies are achieved, the student will receive credit for the course.

Remote classes are held with an instructor virtually using a video conference platform (such as Zoom) at scheduled days and times and courses are highly structured.

The student attends through both a livestream and partially online. The live portion has scheduled meeting times.

During the scheduled course dates, students will master specific competencies, working either on their own, with a mentor or with an instructor. The majority of the course is completed online; additionally, there is a weekly live virtual meeting that gives students a chance to work in real time with the instructor and other students. Students can choose to “attend” the weekly virtual session or complete an alternate assignment at a time that works best for them.
