Class A - Our Class A courses are registered each semester.

Summer and Fall 2026 Registration - Enrollment for summer and fall 2026 is open. Attending a registration orientation is mandatory for all prospective students interested in applying for the program. Please fill out the above form to learn more and get information on attending an orientation.

Course offerings fill up on a first-come, first-served basis, and there is usually a wait of 1-2 months from registration to the course start date. It is highly recommended that prospective students attend the initial orientation, possess a valid Commercial Learner's permit, and a DOT medical certificate at the time of registration.

Graduates receive a Class A CDL from the state DMV. Successful program completion qualifies graduates to work in an entry-level driver position.

Class B - Our Class B courses have open registration.

Gain skills in defensive driving, trip planning, hours-of-service regulations, and more, with hours of driving practice in a dedicated training lot and on public roads.

The Class A and B program includes:

  • 3 Exam attempts included in your tuition

Class Times: 8 a.m. - 4 p.m.

Attention

The CDL Program offers a semester-long English Language Learner (ELL) program designed to help students strengthen their English skills while preparing for a career in commercial driving. Students attend weekday classes focused on everyday and industry-specific English used in the trucking and transportation field while simultaneously completing their behind-the-wheel training.

Interested students should contact the program director to schedule an interview and determine if the program is a good fit for their goals and experience.

El Programa de CDL ofrece un programa semestral para estudiantes de inglés como segundo idioma (ELL), diseñado para ayudar a los estudiantes a fortalecer sus habilidades en inglés mientras se preparan para una carrera en conducción comercial. Los estudiantes asisten a clases entre semana enfocadas en el inglés cotidiano y el lenguaje específico utilizado en la industria del transporte y camiones, mientras completan simultáneamente su entrenamiento práctico detrás del volante.

Los estudiantes interesados deben comunicarse con el director del programa para programar una entrevista y determinar si el programa es adecuado para sus metas y experiencia.

(Entry-Level Driver Training) Hazardous Materials Endorsement Theory

This class will allow the student to take the CDL Hazmat test at the DMV. It is an FMCSA requirement to complete an ELDT Hazmat Theory course to take the Hazmat test at the DMV. We also offer the following ELDT-approved endorsements online: HazMat, Passenger and School Bus.

Scholarship Opportunities

CMVOST Grant

The CMVOST Grant covers 100% of tuition and required program fees for eligible students. This funding opportunity is available to current or former members of the U.S. Armed Forces, as well as their spouses or dependent children. Extended family members (such as grandparents, cousins, or other relatives) are not eligible.

To be considered for the CMVOST Grant, applicants must first be admitted to the CDL program and meet all grant eligibility requirements. Applications for the grant cannot be completed prior to admission to the CDL program.
