  • Learning Resource Technician, Windsor Campus (Part Time)

    Learning Resource Technicians (LRTs) are essential in providing technology support and digital literacy assistance to students, faculty, and staff at the Learning Commons. LRTs are vital in empowering student success by addressing technological barriers and ensuring access to essential resources. Duties include monitoring and managing the Learning Commons Tech Desk, offering device check-out/check-in assistance, and answering questions about basic academic resource inquiries.

  • Assistant Instructor, Paramedic (Part Time)

    Would you like to join a team of instructors committed to offering a high-quality education in paramedicine? In this role, you'll provide instructional support to the primary instructor for the Aims Paramedic program. Duties include instructing small group sessions to demonstrate skills, coaching student skills performance in compliance with student-faculty ratios and evaluating student performance and documenting student skill proficiencies.

  • Part-Time: Instructor I, College for Kids

    Join a team of instructors who provide an educational summer program for students ages 9-12. The College for Kids (C4K) Instructor provides creative and organized instruction to C4K students in desired content areas. Instructors use College resources, materials, facilities and available educational technologies to complement the teaching and learning process and provide lessons and plan activities for C4K students.

Aims employees, spouses and dependents can receive $4,000 in tuition reimbursement for classes at Aims after the first year of employment. Tuition from other accredited institutions is also reimbursed after the first year.

Aims full-time employees receive ample paid time off, including: 17 holidays, 12 days of sick leave, 15 days of annual leave, 24 hours of personal leave, and 30 hours of volunteer time per year. During the summer, enjoy 12 Fridays off where you can work 36 hours per week while being paid for 40.

Save for your future retirement with a PERA Defined Benefit Plan. Aims employees contribute monthly to this PERA plan, earning interest until retirement. Once retirement eligible, individuals can receive monthly payments for life.
