Foundation Business Support

This position requires a highly organized, detail-oriented individual to provide comprehensive support to the Foundation team. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, be proficient in scheduling and possess excellent communication skills. This position represents the Foundation with internal and external partners. This position is a key project support person ensuring all outreach activities can take place efficiently and effectively within the Aims Foundation.

Registration & Records Generalist

This position supports the organization through work in a variety of student services areas which may include activities related to registration, records and graduation. Ensures compliance with federal, state and accreditation regulations. Leads records processes, including but not limited to interpretation of graduation requirements for a variety of programs, determining course applicability towards graduation requirements, coordinating with academic units as it relates to records tasks, and more.

Program Manager II, Corporate Solutions

The Corporate Solutions Program Manager (PM) develops positive long-term relationships with business and industry representatives that lead to the development of corporate contracts and CFEI grants. The PM supports and strengthens relationships with business and industry to address workforce needs and assists with talent supply and demand. The PM will provide leadership to industry sector partnerships and create workforce solutions for business and industry that provide significant contribution margin to the Corporate Solutions unit.

Aims employees, spouses and dependents can receive $4,000 in tuition reimbursement for classes at Aims for the first year of employment. Tuition from other accredited institutions is also reimbursed after the first year.

Aims full-time employees receive ample paid time off, including: 17 holidays, 12 days of sick leave, 15 days of annual leave, 24 hours of personal leave, and 30 hours of volunteer time per year. During the summer, enjoy 12 Fridays off where you can work 36 hours per week while being paid for 40.
