About Employer Relations

Aims offers these engagement services as part of the Aims Strategic Plan, which identified three important strategies:

  1. Empower Students to Succeed
  2. Enhance Operational Performance
  3. Enrich NOCO Economic Development

The Employer Relations Committee emerged from the third strategy and is responsible for identifying and developing ways in which Aims can engage and support the community and workforce.

Community is why we exist. It's in our name. It's at the heart of what we do, whether that's offering high-quality, affordable education for students or partnering with local businesses to make the counties where we live stronger.
