If you know the difference between a camshaft and a connecting rod (or want to), then this club is for you. Full Throttle Club activities generally fall into 3 categories: Race Car Work, Community Service, and Fundraising.
The main payoff for this club is the chance to drive our 1999 Camaro Drag Car at Bandimere Speedway during the racing season. Together as a club we build, repair, and maintain this race car.
The club is greatly involved in Aims-hosted events as well as the community. Each year we help the community through services like Weld County Santa Cops, Windsor Food Pantry, and Alex's Lemonade Stand and much more. Along with the community service events, we attend several events that promote/help Aims. Being a student-run club, members themselves actively fundraise and look for sponsors to help keep the Club car running while acquiring new parts to improve it.
