Professional Background
Caitlin began her career in higher education in 2014 as a Student Success Coach at Saint Louis University, serving students needing extra support. In 2017, she relocated back to Colorado and worked at Laramie County Community College in academic advising, both as an advisor and coordinator of advising. It was during that time that she discovered how important accessibility to education is, and how streamlined and transparent the process of obtaining an education should be. In 2023, she started advising at Colorado State University in their Neuroscience program, again confirming the need for authenticity, transparency, and accessibility in education. In her role as Director of Transition Programs, Caitlin hopes to continue to grow the programs aimed at serving students in transition, while making the transfer process clear and seamless.
