Earn College Credit at Windsor High School

Located in Windsor, Windsor High School is part of Re-4 School District. Windsor High School is a comprehensive school, offering students multiple concurrent enrollment offerings primarily at the Aims Community College Windsor and Greeley campuses. 

Aims Community College Career Academy. Windsor High School is converting their entire concurrent enrollment offerings to Aims Community College. We will be offering courses at Windsor High School in 21-22.

BIO 1006 - Basic Anatomy and Physiology

Focuses on basic knowledge of body structures and function, and provides a foundation for understanding deviations from normal and disease conditions. This course is designed for individuals interested in health care and is directly applicable to the Practical Nursing Program, Paramedic Program and the Medical Office Technology program. It is recommended that ENG 1021 and MAT 1340 be completed prior to or be taken concurrently with this course. Course is not repeatable for credit.

MAT 1240 - Mathematics for the Liberal Arts: GT-MA1

Highlights connections between mathematics and the society in which we live and is intended for liberal arts majors. Topics include set theory and logic, mathematical modeling, probability and statistical methods, and consumer mathematics. This is a statewide Guaranteed Transfer course in the GT-MA1 category. Course readiness is determined by review of high school transcripts, assessment, and/or meeting with an Aims Academic Advisor. Course is not repeatable for credit.

MAT 1340 - College Algebra: GT-MA1

Focuses on a variety of functions and the exploration of their graphs. Topics include: equations and inequalities, operations on functions, exponential and logarithmic functions, linear and non-linear systems, and an introduction to conic sections. This course provides essential skills for Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math (STEM) pathways. This is a statewide Guaranteed Transfer course in the GT-MA1 category. Course readiness is determined by review of high school transcripts, assessment, and/or meeting with an Aims Academic Advisor. Course is not repeatable for credit.

MAT 2410 - Calculus I: GT-MA1

Introduces single variable calculus and analytic geometry. It includes limits, continuity, derivatives, and applications of derivatives as well as indefinite and definite integrals and some applications. This is a statewide Guaranteed Transfer course in the GT-MA1 category. Course is not repeatable for credit.

MAT 2420 - Calculus II: GT-MA1

Continues the study of single variable calculus which will include techniques of integration, analytic geometry, improper integrals, convergence of infinite numerical series and power series. This is a statewide Guaranteed Transfer course in the GT-MA1 category. Course is not repeatable for credit.

SPA 1012 - Spanish Language II

Expands students' interpretive, interpersonal, and presentational communicative abilities in the language across the disciplines. Integrates these skills with the study of the cultures in which the language is used. Offers a foundation in the analysis of culture and develops intercultural communicative strategies. Course is not repeatable for credit.
