Located on the Aims Fort Lupton campus, the LEED-certified Platte Building was built to provide more classroom, laboratory and workshop space on campus.
The Aims Agriculture and Welding Technology degree programs are based in the Platte Building.

- Quiet Room - Room 121
- Small Group Study Room - Room 125
- Locker Rooms for Welding Students - Rooms 126 and 129
