Meet Four Aims Fall 2025 Graduates

2025 grads
  • TJ Elsbernd came to Aims to finish the degree he’d put off for years. He is now discovering a passion for robotics and automation.  TJ has completed an associate degree in Industrial Technology, which will set him up for advancement in a company where he has worked for years.
  • Dylaney Franz sped through academics early, left pre-med behind and discovered her true direction while restoring a 1968 Ford F-100. Automotive training at Aims turned that spark into skill, leading to ASE certifications, an associate degree, full-time shop work and a future goal of running her own creative restoration business.
  • Tobi Howell explored firefighting on a whim, discovered his calling, and pushed through a serious training injury to finish the Fire Academy. He’s now certified as an EMT and Firefighter I and has completed his Fire Science degree with unwavering determination.
  • Darlene Ramirez, a mother of four, returned to college after her son challenged her to “give me a good reason why you don’t do it.” She’s now graduating with an Associate of Applied Science in Administrative Assistant and a Supervisory Management Certificate.
