This is an advanced nurse aide class. Students must have completed NUA 1001/1070 and have a Nurse Aide license from DORA before attending clinical.
This program is open to individuals aged 18 and older. Participants must be at least 18 years of age at the time of enrollment to ensure compliance with program guidelines.
Note that you must already have a current Colorado CNA certification to enroll in the Acute Care Nurse Aide program. If you are not currently a certified nurse aide, the Aims Nurse Aide Certificate program will give you the skills you need for certification.
Admission to the Acute Care Nurse Aide Certificate program requires you to attend a mandatory orientation session. This session covers registration details and important information about class requirements.
