The Cashier’s Office manages tuition and fees for Aims Community College and ensures students have a positive experience paying for college by providing guidance and clear processes. 

Students who have questions about tuition and fees, need assistance paying or signing up for a MyPaymentPlan can contact our office for assistance.

Payment Deadlines

Upcoming Fall 2025 Semester

PAYMENT DEADLINE: October 6, 2025 11:59 p.m.  

  • Monthly service fee assessment
    • October 6, 2025 11:59 p.m. -  Payment deadline. Complete a payment option (Step 4)  to avoid monthly service fees.
    • November 5, 2025 11:59 p.m. - Payment deadline. Complete a payment option (Step 4)  to avoid monthly service fees.
    • December 5, 2025 11:59 p.m. - Payment deadline. Complete a payment option (Step 4)  to avoid monthly service fees.

Planning to attend Spring 2026?   PAYMENT DEADLINE: By 11:59 p.m. January 15, 2026: 

  • Fall 2025 balances must reflect a balance of $200.00 or less  
  • Summer 2025 and all prior semesters must be paid in full.

If the above conditions are not met, you may be dropped from ALL Spring 2026 class registrations. Don't let your Spring 2026 classes be dropped. 

  • July 1, 2026 - All outstanding Spring 2025 accounts are due in full or be on a payment plan to avoid assignment to the collection agency.

 

Summer 2025 Semester 

Summer 2025 balances are due in full if you plan on registering for spring 2026 classes.  

Payment plans are available in Workday. Note: Being on a payment plan does not release registration holds or prevent any class registrations from being dropped for upcoming semesters

  • March 1, 2026 - All outstanding Summer 2025 accounts are due in full or be on a payment plan to avoid assignment to the collection agency.

 

Spring 2025 Semester

All accounts are due in full if you wish to register for any new or upcoming classes

  • Payment plans are available in Workday until Oct 29. Note: Being on a payment plan does not release registration holds
  • October 1, 2025 - All outstanding Spring 2025 accounts are due in full or be on a payment plan to avoid assignment to the collection agency.
