I got the same quality of education at Aims as if I were going to a four-year college and it's even better because I got so much one-to-one contact with the professors. And because the class sizes were so small at Aims, I was able to make those kinds of connections with my peers, too, and created really good friendships.

    What if I want a four-year degree?

Thanks to a statewide agreement between community colleges and universities, you can complete your associate degree at Aims and transfer to any participating four-year public university in Colorado as a junior to earn your bachelor’s degree. Taking your general education degree requirements at Aims instead of a four-year institution can save you considerable tuition costs and prepare you to thrive in even the most competitive bachelor's programs.

You also might not know exactly what you want to do for a career, so starting at Aims is an affordable way to try out a major to see if it's a good fit before moving on to a more expensive four-year school.
