Aims covers 100% of medical and dental for full-time employees and 85% for spouses and dependents.

Want to earn a degree or certificate or explore new subjects? Enroll in for-credit classes at Aims without paying any upfront costs. Full-time employees receive a tuition waiver up to $4,000 for credit classes at Aims.
After working full-time at Aims for one year, you can also receive tuition reimbursement for classes at another accredited institution, and your dependents can receive tuition reimbursement for classes they take at Aims.
Aims employees contribute monthly to a PERA Defined Benefit (DB) plan that earns interest until retirement, and then pays a monthly benefit thereafter.
