Shahad is a pharmacist by training and worked as pharmacist for few years before moving to Colorado with her family. Shahad also worked as an associate faculty at the Libyan International Medical University. Shahad joined Aims recently as an instructor for biology classes and she is planning to teach other courses and subjects in the near future.

Shahad is a DIY Home Decoration entrepreneur, and fashion designer, and semi-professional baker. She is married with three kids and lives in Erie Colorado.
