Administrative Registration Change Petition

The Administrative Registration Change Petition is for students who have an extenuating circumstance that prevented them from complying with the drop or withdraw deadlines during a term and wish to change their registration to either a drop or a withdraw.   This request requires documentation supporting the extenuating circumstance. Petitions submitted without supporting documentation will be automatically denied. 

  • Current students may complete this form in Workday by submitting a "Create Request" titled "STUDENT REGISTRATION: Administrative Registration Change Petition".
