Administrative Registration Change Petition

The Administrative Registration Change Petition is a form designed for students who have an extenuating circumstance that keeps them from complying with the drop or withdraw deadlines during a term and students wish to change their registration to either a drop or a withdraw.

  • Current students may complete this form in Workday by submitting a "Create Request" titled "STUDENT REGISTRATION: Administrative Registration Change Petition".  
  • If you are no longer an active student and cannot access the form via Workday, please contact Records@aims.edu for assistance.

NOTE: this request requires documentation supporting the extenuating circumstance that the student claims. ARCP forms submitted without supporting documentation will be automatically denied.
