Get Started With Enrollment
Click to open the enrollment instructions for each program below.
Step 1: Apply for Admission to Aims
- If you have never applied to Aims or you previously applied but have not attended classes for three or more semesters since your last application, complete a Concurrent Enrollment Application.
- Provide a reliable, personal (not school) email address.
- Complete the email verification step within 24 hours.
Step 2: Activate Your Aims Account
- Within 48 hours of applying, check your personal email account for an Aims welcome email message with an OKTA link. After logging into your myAims account, click on Workday and follow the steps under "Awaiting Your Action" to finish the onboarding process. Once you complete these, your student account is ready for your semester!
- Email admissions@aims.edu if you miss the 48-hour window.
- If you’ve completed an application for admission in the past and are reapplying, you might not receive a welcome email. If this happens, email admissions@aims.edu or call the IT Help Desk at (970) 339-6380.
Step 3: Complete Paperwork & Make Your Plan
- Meet with your high school counselor to complete any paperwork required by your high school and discuss your interests and academic goals.
- Select the class(es) you want to take.
Step 4: Register for Classes
Determine whether your classes are at the high school, online or on the Aims Campus, and follow these steps:
High School
- An Aims representative will complete registration for you. Let your counselor know you want college credit for the course
Online/On Campus
- Register for them yourself through your Workday account. If you need help, ask your counselor or visit an Aims campus.
- Take your class schedule to the Aims bookstore or shop on the Bookstore's website at aims.bncollege.com to purchase or rent books or materials you may need for the class.
- If you require Student Accessibility Services, email accommodations@aims.edu. You must apply for services each semester you’re taking classes.
