  • Krav Maga Self-Defense Series

    In this Krav Maga/ Self-Defense Training, students will be introduced to Krav Maga techniques against a range of attacks, from unwanted advances to violent chokes and knife attacks. Students will learn how to instinctively apply defensive techniques in stressful situations. Each week we will focus on a different defense.

  • Let's Talk

    Ready to start socializing again but not sure where to start?  Join us for an hour each week this summer to socialize!  Our team will facilitate the conversation and talk about topics like food, music, movies, really anything!  This is a time to meet others after being stuck in the house for this past year.
  • Mandarin Chinese I

    In this class you will learn the pinyin phonetic system for Mandarin including how to create basic phrases, questions, and basic sentence structure. Students will leave the class being able to converse about themselves and ask about others in this amazing language.
  • Meditation for Health

    Let’s explore a variety of meditation techniques from body scan to chakras to vipassana. A wonderful way to start your day!
  • Originate Your Next Act Today

    This course focuses on investing what you have to generate a viable return for the future.  Subjects discussed include investment risk/return, fixed-income security features, and articulation of the concepts that will inform your decisions in the future. 
  • Pharmacy Technician (PTCB Exam)

    This comprehensive course will prepare learners to enter the pharmacy field and take the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board’s PTCB exam. Content includes pharmacy medical terminology, reading and interpreting prescriptions and defining generic and brand names drugs and much, much more. 
  • Pickleball

    Pickleball combines elements of tennis, badminton, and ping pong. The game is quickly becoming one of the most popular sports to play amongst people of all ages. This course will introduce the basic rules of pickleball and allow students the opportunity to experience the fast-paced, fun, and social sport by playing the game. Students will also learn some history of the game, what equipment is used, how to keep score, and how to play the game.
  • Pilates Mat 1

    This class focuses on strengthening the muscles of the powerhouse, the core, low back, thighs, and hips.  Strengthen, stretch, and balance both your small intrinsic and bigger muscles while improving your posture.  Great for those newer to Pilates and wanting a safe alignment-based class. All levels welcome.
