  • T'ai Chi Chih I

    T'ai Chi Chih is a gently moving meditation that consists of 19 slow movements and one pose.  These movements create balance, peace, and circulates the natural energy or "Chi" of the body. They increase relaxation and reduce stress while enhancing balance, energy, stamina, and flexibility.  Join us for this gentle practice and receive the amazing benefits T'ai Chi Chih has to offer.
  • T'ai Chi Chih II

    T’ai Chi Chih is a gently moving meditation that consists of 19 slow movements and one pose. The purpose is to activate, balance and circulate the natural energy, or “Chi”of the body. Benefits may include peace of mind, stress reduction, improved balance and better health. In this class we will work on refining the movements learned in T'ai Chi Chih I.

  • Tarot Basics

    There are many myths and superstitions surrounding the Tarot. This class will help you familiarize yourself with the imagery and archetypes of the cards and make learning to read the deck for yourself and others fun. We will cover symbolism, mystery, and wonder of the Rider-Waite Tarot deck and become familiar with the many different ways to use the cards on your personal development journey. Students will need to have a Rider-Waite based deck to work with.
  • Tax Help for Businesses

    Do you need help when it comes to handling your business taxes?  In this course we will get down to the nitty gritty when it comes to how to succeed in the tax world.  We will cover topics around deciding on your business entity, organizing your tax return - IRS, recordkeeping, payroll, sales tax and more.

From communication practices to cultural mindset—we will discuss Chinese history, philosophy, and begin to understand how some perceive the Chinese in a certain way and how to best manage relations to benefit everyone involved.

  • Understanding Color and Design Through Art

    One of the best ways to find your personality, expression, and creativity is by painting with colors! This course will explore color theory and the principles and elements of design as we explore hands-on color activities and abstract painting.     In this yoga class, we will focus on three aspects: alignment, balance, and strength.  As we flow through a sequence of poses, we will create a safe and structured progression with proper alignment, allowing us to hold the poses for a longer period of time.This process helps to help develop strength and flexibility, along with sensitivity and awareness.
