Aims Campus COVID19 Vaccination Opportunities
Aims Community College has partnered with Weld County Department of Public Health & Environment (WCDPHE) to provide ON CAMPUS COVID19 Vaccine Opportunities inside the lobby of the PERC for the below dates and times. Walk-Ins are available also if you are not able to schedule.
Wednesday, October 27th - 9 am -12 pm
Wednesday, November 10th - 9 am -12 pm
Wednesday, December 1st - 9 am - 12 pm
Wednesday, December 8th - 9 am - 12 pm
The above clinics will offer COVID Vaccines Pfizer, Johnson and Johnson (1st or 2nd dose) & Moderna and be available for all Aims Employees, Students, and community members. This clinic is also offering Booster Shots to those who are eligible (CDC Booster Eligibility Guidelines). Please provide proof by way of a vaccination card if you need a 2nd dose or booster shot.

Common Questions/Information Regarding Dosing:
- In order to receive the 2nd (booster) dose for J & J, the 1st dose should have been 2 months prior. (i.e. - the first dose on 4/15/21, the second dose would be available until 6/15/21.)
- In order to receive the 2nd dose of Pfizer, the 1st dose should have been at least 21 days prior. (i.e. - 1st dose on 4/15/21, 2nd dose wouldn’t be available until 5/6/21.)
- In order to receive the 2nd dose of Moderna, the 1st dose should have been at least 28 days prior. (i.e. - 1st dose on 4/15/21, 2nd dose wouldn’t be available until 5/13/21.)
- In order to receive the 3rd dose of Pfizer or Moderna, the 2nd dose should have been 6 months prior. (i.e. - second dose on 4/15/21, third dose wouldn’t be available until 10/15/21.)
- If someone has tested positive (and they are vaccinated), they would need to be symptom-free for at least 10 days with the last 72 hours without the assistance of medications.
- If someone has tested positive (and they are NOT vaccinated), they would need to be symptom-free for at least 14 days with the last 72 hours without the assistance of medications.
- Pediatric Doses (ages 5-11) will be offered for clinics after November 10th.
Off-Campus COVID19 Vaccine Opportunities
Weld County Department of Public Health and Environment:
Offers Moderna and Johnson & Johnson COVID-19 vaccines available Monday-Friday from 8:00 a.m. - noon and 1:00-4:30 p.m. Appointments are preferred but walk-ins can be accommodated. To make an appointment to receive the vaccine at the Health Department Clinic, please call (970) 304-6420.
Weld County Health Department:
The Weld County Health Department with support from the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment has a COVID-19 vaccination clinic at the new Weld County Clerk and Recorder building. This clinic offers the Pfizer and Johnson & Johnson vaccines.

When: 8:30 a.m. - 6:10 p.m. on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays / 12:30-4:30 p.m. on Wednesdays / 8:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. on Saturdays
You can Register Online, but walk-ins are also welcome.
Mobile Vaccination Clinics
The State of Colorado is operating mobile COVID-19 vaccination units with Pfizer and Johnson & Johnson vaccines as part of Gov. Jared Polis's Vaccines For All initiative. Dale's Pharmacy in Fort Lupton is using an online scheduler to book COVID-19 vaccine appointments. Moderna and Pfizer vaccines are available.
Good Day Pharmacy
Good Day Pharmacy's Greeley, Eaton, Johnstown, and Longmont locations are offering COVID-19 vaccines. Do not call the pharmacy to schedule an appointment. You must schedule an appointment online.
COVID-19 walk-in vaccinations are now available at the Brighton, Greeley, and Fort Collins Medical Offices. No appointment is needed. Simply walk in any time Monday-Friday, 9:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m., and ask the front desk.
King Soopers Pharmacy is currently vaccinating patients for COVID-19 as the vaccine is made available. The Pfizer vaccine is available for youth ages 12-15 at King Soopers. You can make an appointment online to receive the COVID-19 vaccine at a store near you.
Select Safeway pharmacies across the county are offering COVID-19 vaccines. Schedule an appointment online or walk in to get a vaccine of your choice.
Salud is offering the Moderna COVID-19 vaccine to anyone age 18 and up and the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine to anyone age 12 and up at several of its locations. You do not need to be a Salud patient. You must register online for an appointment. Please do not call at this time about vaccine availability as Salud's Call Center is dedicated to scheduling patients for regular health visits.
Select Sam's Club pharmacies in Colorado are administering COVID-19 vaccines through the U.S. Federal Retail Pharmacy Program. Sam's Club does have Pfizer vaccine available for youth ages 12-17. You do not have to be a Sam's Club member to receive the vaccine at a Sam's Club Pharmacy. Check vaccine locations and availability and schedule an appointment on the Sam's Club Pharmacy website
Sunrise Community Health
Sunrise is offering COVID-19 vaccines Monday-Friday on a walk-in basis during regular business hours at their three main clinics:
Monfort Family Clinic: 2930 11th Avenue, Evans, CO 80620
Sunrise Adelante Clinic: 1010 A Street, Greeley, CO 80631
Loveland Community Health Center: 302 3rd Street SE, Loveland, CO 80537
You may also reserve a specific time for an appointment by calling (970) 346-2587 (English) or (970) 346-2589 (Spanish). You do not need to be a Sunrise patient to get a vaccine. Sunrise offers Pfizer, Moderna, and J&J vaccines.
UCHealth has a COVID-19 vaccine available for anyone age 12 and older. You do not need to be a UCHealth patient to get a vaccine.
You can schedule an appointment online through My Health Connection; walk-ins also are welcome at any UCHealth vaccine clinic.
Medical Center of the Rockies
Where: 2500 Rocky Mountain Avenue, Loveland, CO 80538. Use the main entrance; the clinic is in the Navajo Peak Conference Room.
When: 7:00 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. on Fridays
For individuals who need assistance, they may call the UCHealth COVID-19 Vaccine Hotline at (720) 462-2255 (English) or (844) 945-2508 (Español). The hotline is open from 7:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. Monday - Friday.
Walgreens stores across Weld County are offering Moderna or Pfizer COVID-19 vaccines, depending on the location. Schedule an appointment online at a location near you or walk-in. New appointments are made available every 2 hours from 6:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Once you schedule your appointment, you'll receive a confirmation and vaccination consent form via email or SMS (if you scheduled over the phone). Bring the completed vaccination consent form to your scheduled appointment (or fill it out in-store). A parent or guardian must be present at appointments for all minors. And if you are a myWalgreens member, you also can get $5 Walgreens Cash rewards on a $1+ purchase in-store when you get your free COVID-19 vaccine.
