Hi, I’m Bex and I work in student leadership, student learning, and civic engagement. I love helping colleagues and students harness their ideas, creativity, and passions into intentional strategies for approaching their work as educators and making positive change in their communities. I also find true joy in facilitating learning activities, witnessing “Aha!” moments, and developing beautiful, organized, color-coded spreadsheets.
I am a huge women’s basketball fan - from my kid’s rec league to college ball (Go UConn!), to the WNBA (Go Storm!), Unrivaled (Go Lunar Owls!), and the Olympics 3v3 and 5v5 (Go USA, of course!). My favorite player of all time is recent Hall of Fame inductee Sue Bird, who played (and dominated) on almost all of those teams. Beyond that, my hobbies are make up an average preschooler’s day - books, arts & crafts, outside play time, games, puzzles, snacks, and naps.
