Professional Background
Heather has held an Adjunct Faculty position with the Department of Physical Education and Recreation for seven years. Heather is trained in Classical Pilates, Yoga, and Yoga Therapy. Heather feels movement is an essential component of health and wellness. She meets students where they are in their practice. Heather is involved in many committees, including Chair of the AFC, and enjoys working with students, staff and the community.
Personal Interests
Heather enjoys many forms of athletics. Heather has many interests and loves spending time with her college-age twins, education, reading, film, music, long walks, animals and nature.
