High School Counselor Resources
High School to Aims (HS2Aims) provides Weld and Larimer County high school students access to post-secondary opportunities with Aims Community College. This college-wide approach offers concurrent enrollment students a seamless experience that promotes credential completion and/or matriculation to Aims after high school graduation.
HS2Aims is a collaboration of three Aims departments, together offering a network of support:
- Enrollment Management: Ensuring a seamless enrollment process
- High School Programs: Helping students find the right fit for their educational goals
- Transitions Center: Supporting a smooth transition to college after high school graduation
This team serves concurrent enrollment students, including homeschool and self-pay students, their parents or legal guardians and high school counselors.
Explore the new HS2Aims Advising webpage. If you have any questions for this team, email us at hs2aims@aims.edu.

Please ensure instructors check their Aims emails for communication from our DAS office.

Sponsor Billing (sponsor.billing@aims.edu) for past invoicing and proof of payment.
- Have the student turn in all necessary paperwork to you and place them on the approved student list with the Aims High School Programs Office.
- Once the student is on that list, any hold on their account will be removed unless the student owes Aims money or is not in good academic standing.
- Homeschooled students paying for courses on their own must complete all the onboarding steps in their Workday account to resolve holds before they can register.
- Make sure the student has a current Aims application on file (if they are currently taking courses, their application is up-to-date).
- Have the student set up and log in to their myAims student portal. If they need help with this, they can call the IT Help Desk at (970) 339-6380.
- Have the student activate and use their @aims.edu email account when communicating with Aims staff or instructors.

Please order textbooks and supplies for your school directly through the Aims Bookstore before the semester or academic year begins rather than taking multiple copies of texts and supplies from the bookstore shelves at the start of a semester. Purchasing multiples from the shelves affects the quantities ordered for on-campus courses.
If you have questions or want to place a book order for your school, please email the Bookstore Manager at jennifer.giacopelli@aims.edu.
