Compliance Month: Our Shared Responsibility
Compliance is a fundamental responsibility of every employee at Aims Community College. The required annual compliance training helps ensure we maintain a safe, ethical and legally compliant learning and working environment for our students, employees and community.
Completion of all assigned compliance training is a condition of employment and required of every employee, including student employees. These training requirements are established to meet federal and state laws, regulatory requirements and institutional policies that protect our campus and the individuals we serve.
Failure to complete required training by the established deadline will result in the suspension of system access and may affect an employee's ability to perform their job responsibilities. Compliance is not optional — it is an essential part of our commitment to excellence, accountability and the continued success of Aims Community College.
Thank you for doing your part to uphold the standards that keep our College safe, compliant and prepared to serve our students and community.
