D’Ann is a northern Colorado native and Aims alum. She has been a physical education teacher, certified personal trainer and athletic coach for over 20 years. She is a compassionate fitness coach who enjoys inspiring others to commit to, and achieve, long-term health and fitness goals. D’Ann specializes in functional training, strength training, injury rehabilitation, running and sports nutrition.
