Sebastian Africano is the current Executive Director of Trees, Water & People (TWP) in Fort Collins, CO (est. 1998). He began his career with TWP as an intern in Tegucigalpa, Honduras in 2005, and has almost tripled annual revenues since becoming ED in 2017. He is a regular contributor to the movement toward trust-based philanthropy, and delivers impact through organizational health, genuine relationships, and employee well-being for his team of 18 in Colorado, New Mexico, Honduras and Guatemala.
