Aims Community Theater Group Auditions: Harvey | August 30 | 9 a.m. - noon | Ed Beaty Hall Theater | Greeley Campus
The Aims Community Theater Group is holding auditions for its Fall 2026 production, Harvey. Everyone 14 years old and up is welcome to audition. Visit aims.co/act-auditions to sign up. Please prepare a one-minute monologue of your choosing. Contact ACT-Group@aims.edu with questions.

The 2026–2027 Spotlight Speakers season brings an exciting lineup of thought leaders to Northern Colorado. Featuring a one-day leadership conference designed to inspire growth, connection, and meaningful conversation.

Raíces & Rhythms: A Celebration of Latinx Heritage Month | September 16 | 11 a.m. - 1 p.m. | Gazebo behind Ed Beaty Hall | Greeley Campus
Kick off Latinx Heritage Month with Raíces & Rhythms. Enjoy live mariachi music, student art, hands-on crafts, and delicious food as we come together to celebrate the rich culture, history, and traditions of the Latinx community. Bring your friends and family for an afternoon of music, culture, and connection. 

Aims Night at UNC Women's Volleyball | September 17 | 6 p.m. | Bank of Colorado Arena | University of Northern Colorado
Join us for a special Aims Night celebration as UNC Women's Volleyball takes on the University of Denver (DU). Join your Aims family for an evening of bumps, sets, spikes, camaraderie and Bear + Aardvark spirit. This home game is held at the Bank of Colorado Arena at the Butler-Hancock Athletic Center on UNC's west campus in Greeley. Keep an eye out for Arty the Aardvark, ready to pump up the crowd.  Aims students get free admission with a student ID. 

Student Health and Wellness Building Opening | September 25 | 3-5 p.m. | Aims Student Health and Wellness Center | Greeley Campus
Aims students, employees and community members are invited to celebrate the opening of the new Aims Student Health and Wellness Center. Explore the new 30,000-square-foot facility and learn how it brings medical, dental, counseling and other wellness services together in one convenient and welcoming location. 

Through Aims’ partnership with Sunrise Community Health, students and their immediate family members will have access to primary care, health screenings, diagnostic services and basic dental care. The facility will also house Aims Counseling Services and offer mental health support, group therapy, recovery meetings and case management services. Explore the center, learn about the services available and help Aims celebrate a new chapter in supporting student health and well-being.

The Great Aardvark Embark Hot Air Balloon Launch | September 26 | 6:30-8 a.m. | Greeley Campus
This free community event features a stunning hot-air balloon launch at the Aims Greeley Campus early in the morning. Bring a blanket and watch the balloons rise. Breakfast burritos and coffee will be available for purchase on-site.

Blood Drive | September 30 | 10 a.m.-1 p.m.| Welcome Center Skybox | Greeley Campus
The Aims Community College Nursing department is excited to partner with Vitalant on a blood drive. Visit the Vitalant webpage to sign up. Be sure to bring a photo ID or your blood donor card, or two other forms of ID. We’ll be working together to give back to the community in a truly life-changing way, since each donation we collect can save up to three lives. There are many ways you can help, but most importantly, we hope you come out to donate.

Northern Colorado Allied Health Summit | October 23 | 8 a.m.-1 p.m. | Welcome Center Ballrooms | Greeley Campus
The Northern Colorado Allied Health Collaborative Summit is a premier one-day gathering for healthcare professionals, educators and students across the region. Hosted by Aims Community College, the summit brings together healthcare professionals on the front lines for a day of networking, expert-led learning, and cross-disciplinary growth.  The keynote speaker is Dr. Beth Longenecker, the founding dean of the University of Northern Colorado’s College of Osteopathic Medicine. 

Spotlight Speaker Series | Tim Tebow | 7 p.m. | March 30, 2027
Tim Tebow knows what it means to face pressure, overcome setbacks and pursue a purpose greater than personal success. The former Denver Broncos quarterback and philanthropist will share insights from his life and career. He will share the lessons that have shaped his journey on the football field, in the broadcast booth and through his global foundation work. Drawing on a storied athletic career and decades of service, Tebow challenges leaders, teams and everyday dreamers to find their passion, build strong teams, pursue their goals and serve others.
