  • Develop fundamental skills in programming and broadcasting and get practical insights for starting a radio career. Learn the basics of radio programming, announcing for radio and TV, and delve into different radio formats including news and sports and learn how to find a radio job.
  • This two-class interactive lab format teaches you how to use basic radio production equipment and how to do simulated broadcasts. Study different types of programming and formats like news and sports and create an audition tape.
  • Radiologic Technology

    Associate of Applied Science
    Learn the fundamentals of radiologic equipment, anatomy and disease pathology, radiographic terminology, safety standards and techniques, radiologic procedures and radiographic specialties including pediatrics, geriatrics and trauma. Note: you must have an associate degree in radiologic technology to apply for the mammography certificate program. This class is offered online only with two days of hands-on positioning on the Greeley Campus that are required. Clinical internships follow until students complete a minimum of 120 exams. Students should plan to drive up to a hour in both directions to attend clinical rotations.
  • Study to become a real estate broker with this certificate program. Gain the skills that will prepare you to sit for the Colorado Real Estate Broker's exam and earn your real estate broker's license.
  • In this standalone certificate that does not apply toward the automotive collision repair degree, you’ll learn the skills required to become an automotive refinishing technician. Gain automotive refinishing skills in surface preparation, spray equipment operation, and identifying and addressing paint defects.
  • Learn three types of CAD software commonly used in architecture: Sketchup, Revit Architecture and CAD Architecture. Gain skills in 2D and 3D modeling and learn to create floor plans, elevations, perspective renderings and walkthroughs.
  • Start or advance your retail career with this three-semester program. Study human resource management, human relations in organizations, managerial finance, and more.
  • This certificate prepares students to work in robotics across various industries in an installation, service or manufacturing capacity. Learn about robotic electronic controls, AC/DC motors, PLCs and some of the code that helps drive robotics. Students can earn this certificate to add to their job skills set or towards completing the Industrial Technology associate degree.
  • Gain skills and knowledge to effectively manage a small business. Learn accounting principles, small business management, supervision, marketing and more.
  • Sociology

    Associate of Arts
    Study culture, race, class, gender, sexuality, social groups, and deviance along with family, religion, education, politics, the economy, health, demography, the environment and social movements through a local and global lens. Learn how to analyze and interpret socio-historical as well as contemporary issues by using critical thinking skills and linking individual experiences to social structures. This is a liberal arts degree with designation (DWD).
