Aims Workforce Innovation Center – Greeley Campus
Opening Fall 2026
The Aims Workforce Innovation Center (AWIC) is a state-of-the-art hub for talent, technology, and economic opportunity — right in the heart of Weld County. Located on the Aims Greeley Campus, AWIC is designed to fuel innovation, connect industry with education, and inspire the next generation of thinkers and doers.
Business Incubator
Half of the AWIC will serve as Weld County's first innovation incubator — a dynamic space where startup companies and growing businesses can lease space to access high-tech work bays, collaborative areas, and a supportive network to bring bold ideas to life. This incubator will be a catalyst for regional economic development, giving entrepreneurs and industry leaders the space and tools to thrive.
High-Tech Learning Laboratory
The other half of AWIC is dedicated to immersive, hands-on learning for Aims faculty, staff, students, and the wider community. Features include:
- Emerging technology exhibits to explore the tools shaping our future
- High-tech classrooms equipped with virtual and augmented reality tools
- Think tank and pitch spaces to brainstorm, collaborate, and share ideas
- Flexible, future-ready design to adapt as technology and learning needs evolve
Where Learners and Industry Meet
AWIC’s design encourages collaboration between learners and businesses in shared spaces, creating an environment where education and industry connect seamlessly. With 49,500 square feet of adaptable space, high data capacity, and innovative building materials, AWIC is built to grow with the needs of our community and the technologies of tomorrow.
