- Apply to Aims Community College. Once you've applied and been admitted, you will receive an Aims email address and Aims Number. You’ll need both before continuing with the Medical Front Office Certificate Program.
- Complete all onboarding requirements, resolve any holds in Workday and finish any outstanding tasks.
- Attend an information session before the semester starts.
- Review the Allied Health Professional Prerequisite Checklist to verify your current immunizations.
- Be prepared to pass a background check and drug screen without any disqualifiers. Although marijuana is legal in Colorado, it is not permitted when working with patients. List of disqualifying offenses.
