Payment Deadlines: UPDATED DEADLINES
Spring 2020 semester
May 25, 2020 - Spring Payment deadline if you are registered or planning to attend summer semester to prevent summer classes from being dropped.
August 23, 2020 - Spring Payment deadline if you will be coming in the Fall (no summer classes) to prevent fall classes from being dropped.
The college has suspended assessing any service fees and financial holds on unpaid accounts until August 24. All Spring balances must be paid in full before the upcoming semester begins for the semester for which you are registered.
Summer 2020 - First payment deadline is May 19 at 10 p.m. (Daily deadline May 19 - May 28).
If you are in need of Summer financial aid, please be sure to complete the Summer financial aid application once it becomes available online.
Summer semester online bookstore charging opens in May 1, 2020. All students are allowed to charge up to $600 in books, book rental fees and supplies to their student tuition account. Visit Bookstore website for further details. Note: You must be registered for Summer classes.

Whether you’re eligible for financial aid and scholarships, need to sign up for a MyPaymentPlan or have questions about your tuition and fees, the Aims Cashier’s Office is here to ensure that paying for college is a positive experience. You will receive monthly account paperless billing through e-billing so you can check your current balance by logging in to your myAims account 24/7.
Students can mail in a check (temporary checks are not accepted), money order, cashier check, U.S. traveler’s check payment to: Aims Community College, P.O. Box 69, Greeley, CO 80632. Include your student id number in the memo line.
Credit card payments are accepted online in your MyAims student online portal. If you need to call our office to pay with a credit card over the phone, please call our office on Tuesday's or Friday's 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
*Do not send cash or credit card information through the USPS mail or email. All payments need to be received by the deadlines, not postmarked.

Please Note: All previous semester outstanding balances must be paid in full by the posted payment deadlines of that corresponding semester or all future courses may be dropped entirely, even if one of the above payment options is met for that future semester. Students are notified by email and USPS mail.
