Cashier's Office

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Effective March 1, 2024, the college will no longer accept credit card payments over the phone. This is to comply with PCI DSS credit card acceptance standards.  

Students can pay in the following ways:

  1. Pay in person at the Greeley or Fort Lupton campuses
  2. Pay online in Workday
  3. Mail in a check, money order or cashier's check to our campus tuition payment address: P.O. Box 69, Greeley, CO 80634
  4. Grant Authorized Party access to another person in the Nelnet Payment system.

The Cashier’s Office manages tuition and fees for Aims Community College and ensures students have a positive experience paying for college by providing guidance and clear processes. 

Students who have questions about tuition and fees, need assistance paying or signing up for a MyPaymentPlan can contact our office for assistance.

Payment Deadlines

Summer 2023 Semester 

  • Payment in full required to register for any upcoming semesters
  • March 1, 2024 - All accounts due in full to avoid assignment to the collection agency

Fall 2023 Semester

  • Payment in full required to register any upcoming semesters
  • July 1, 2024 11:59pm - All accounts due in full to avoid assignment to the collection agency

Spring 2024 Semester

How to avoid monthly service fee assessment beginning Feb 5th (5th of each month). By 11:59pm the 5th of each month ,  you must be one of the following: (Note: March fees will not be assessed.  Next deadline is April 5th)

  1. Pay in full 
  2. Be on a spring 2024 Nelnet payment plan 
  3. Be 100% paid by financial aid 
  4. Be covered by a sponsor, VA, or other outside agency
  5. Be enrolled as a high school concurrent, ASCENT, Career Academy, Early College or PTech student

Plan on attending summer 2024 semester:

        May 22, 2024 - Any spring 2024 balance must be $200.00 or less by 11:59pm May 22nd or ALL summer registrations will be dropped. Registration holds will be placed on all accounts with a spring balance  greater than $200.00 after this date.

  • June 7, 2024- Registration holds placed on ALL spring 2024 outstanding balance accounts. 
  • October 1, 2024 - All outstanding Spring 2024 accounts are due in full to avoid assignment to the collection agency. 

Summer 2024 Semester 

June 5, 2024 - Begin monthly service fee assessment (5th of each month). By 11:59pm the 5th of each month,  you must be one of the following:

  1. Pay in full 
  2. Be on a summer 2024 Nelnet payment plan 
  3. Be 100% paid by financial aid 
  4. Be covered by a sponsor, VA, or other outside agency
  5. Be enrolled as a high school concurrent, ASCENT, Career Academy, Early College or PTech student
