Cooperative Registration Agreement Guidelines

• Must enroll in a course not offered that term at the University of Northern Colorado (UNC).
• Can enroll in one class of up to five semester credits at Aims during a corresponding term without paying tuition at Aims.
• Must pay lab or other course fees, including the online course fee.
• Follows regular admission and enrollment steps:
• The application for admission must be filled out and submitted.
• Submit the Cooperative Agreement request online form by the posted deadlines.
• The online form is available through your Requests app in Workday. 
  • Log in to Workday
  • Click on View all Apps
  • Click on the Requests app
  • Click on the Create Request button
  • Choose the appropriate request from the drop-down box

At the end of the term, students found to be ineligible for a free class will be billed and must pay tuition charges to the host school.

• Must be enrolled in 12 or more semester credits at Aims.
• Can enroll in one undergraduate class of up to five semester credits at UNC during a corresponding term without paying tuition at UNC.
• Must pay lab or other course fees, including online course fees.
• Must meet prerequisite requirements.
• Must enroll in a course not offered at Aims that term.
• Complete the UNC cooperative form on the UNC website.

  • Scroll down the page to the Registration section and click on the +(plus) sign. 
  • Click on the UNC-AIMS Cooperative Agreement link
  • Complete online form

EXCITING NEWS: As an extension of the cooperative tuition agreement between UNC and Aims, students who are enrolled in the Partnership BSN program will be eligible for tuition remission on UNC courses taken during the dual enrollment period, regardless of the number of credits enrolled at Aims during the fall and spring semesters of ‘dual enrollment’. • Must pay lab or other course fees.
• Pays no admission fee; pays no student fees or technology fees.
• Must obtain a verification form from the Aims Student Enrollment Office to be eligible
• Obtain the Aims/CSU agreement form from the CSU website.
• Must take the verification form and complete the agreement form to the CSU Admissions Office to start the enrollment process.
• At the end of the term, students found to be ineligible for a free class will be billed and must pay tuition charges to the host school.
